Assistly is an AI-powered Discord assistant that provides contextual responses, server automation, and optional training features.

Data we collect

  • Server configuration (channels, roles, assistant settings)
  • User messages sent to Assistly (for response generation)
  • Interaction data (reactions 👍/👎 for training feedback)
  • Conversation memory (short-term and long-term vector storage)

How data is used

  • Generate AI and training-based responses
  • Improve intent detection and accuracy
  • Maintain server-specific memory and personalization
  • Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

Data we do NOT sell

  • We do not sell or rent user data
  • We do not share data across unrelated servers
  • We do not collect passwords or authentication tokens

AI processing

Some responses are generated using third-party AI providers. Prompts may be temporarily processed by external APIs (e.g. fallback models) solely to generate responses.

Training system

User feedback (👍/👎) may be used to store verified training examples per server. This data is isolated per guild and never shared globally.

Data retention

Memory data is stored until overwritten, pruned, or removed via system limits or server removal.

No system is fully secure. By using Assistly, you acknowledge this risk.

📜 Terms of Service

By using Assistly, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, remove the bot from your server.

Acceptable use

  • No abuse, spam, or system exploitation
  • No reverse engineering or scraping internal logic
  • Respect Discord Terms of Service

Service behavior

Assistly may change, update, or remove features at any time without notice. The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Assistly is not a source of legal, medical, or financial advice.

Rate limits

Usage is controlled via cooldowns, channel limits, and daily AI quotas to ensure system stability.

Termination

We may restrict or block servers that abuse the system or violate these terms.

💳 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Assistly Premium, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Eligible cases

  • Duplicate payments
  • Verified payment processing errors

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days
  • No refunds for unused time
  • Abuse of refunds may result in removal of access
